ABOUT THE PROGRAM
IMPACT is a Leadership Development Program for recent college graduates who are interested in operations and eager to accelerate their career path. The program, which is run out of our Elkhart, IN headquarters, takes you through a two-year rotation of Patrick’s most important divisions. When all is said and done, you’ll be ready to lead a team of 50+ people in an operations environment at Patrick.
Influence change in one of our facilities and start making an impact on people. In 6-month intervals, you will spend time in a Continuous Improvement role and then lead a team of 5-20 team members.

Learn the fundamentals of running your own business and the functions that support manufacturing. In 3-month intervals, you will spend time in Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, and Environmental Health & Safety.

Hunter is a graduate from Purdue University. She graduated with her degree in Management and started in the IMPACT program immediately after graduation in 2019. After completing the program, she took on her current role as the Production Manager at Charleston Corporation within Patrick.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Applicants interested in joining our 2021 IMPACT team should have:
A recent Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience
Self-motivation and a hunger to learn
An interest in exploring functions within Operations/Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales and Environmental Health & Safety
A willingness to relocate
No more than 3 years of experience
